Account Deletion

Want to delete your Service Alliance account? Please follow the steps below.

Deleting your account cannot be undone.

  1. Send an email to [email protected] from the address associated with your Service Alliance account. If applicable, specify whether your account should only be deleted for specific tenants.
  2. We will review your request and delete your data unless this conflicts with statutory retention obligations. This may take up to 30 days.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email from us at the address you used for the request.
