Reporting Guidelines

  • Provide a clear and detailed description of the vulnerability, including steps to reproduce it.
  • Do not access, modify, or delete data belonging to other users.
  • Do not perform denial-of-service attacks or disrupt our services.
  • Give us reasonable time to investigate and fix the issue before any public disclosure.

Out of Scope

  • Vulnerabilities in third-party services or software not under our control.
  • Social engineering attacks targeting our staff or customers.
  • Physical attacks against our offices or infrastructure.

What to Expect

We will acknowledge your report within 3 business days and keep you informed of our progress. Once resolved, we will notify you and — with your permission — credit you for the discovery.
